For the second year in a row, Dr. Holland was a member of the teaching team for a weeklong Jumpstart Your Academic Job Search course, offered through the Stanford Graduate Summer Institute, sponsored by Stanford University's Vice Provost for Graduate Education. Nearly 70 Ph.D. candidates and postdocs participated, spending the week learning more about the job search process and preparing their materials. Dr. Holland offered a workshop on preparing an effective diversity statement as well as individual coaching appointments.
