Over Thanksgiving, Dr. Holland visited two high schools near her hometown of Coon Rapids, MN, to talk to students about academia and engineering. In addition to visiting her alma mater, Coon Rapids High School, now home of a Center for Biomedical Sciences and Engineering, she also visited Blaine High School's Center for Engineering, Mathematics and Science. After introducing her research, she took questions, which touched on her favorite teachers, her travels abroad, and her planned career when she was younger.

The visit to CRHS was covered by the Anoka-Hennepin School District here.
